Teleworking concerns employees who work at least part of their time away from the company premises. This form of organisation is attractive because of its flexibility, but it does not exempt the employer from his obligations in terms of occupational risk prevention. It must take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of all its employees. The home office rarely meets the health and safety standards required in the workplace. Unsuitable working space, narrow passageways or the safety of electrical installations can present a major risk. This leads to dangerous situations, amplified by the isolation situation. The teleworking employee must be able to benefit from the assistance of his employer as if he were in the company. For this, he can use a PTI solution for isolated workers.
We have designed and optimised our solutions to enable teleworking employees to carry out their mission in complete security and to be rescued as quickly as possible with the help of advanced functionalities.

NEOVIGIE is an alarm management platform for professionals. It consists of a secure server hosted in the cloud, which can be accessed by a web browser and two types of warning devices to adapt to the needs of all employees: a smartphone application compatible with phones with an iOS or Android operating system or a waterproof and shock-resistant dedicated device running on 2G/4G networks.
Web portal - VigieControl®
The VigieControl® management web portal allows easy access to all the services of the Neovigie platform: visualization of the status of terminals and alarms in progress, location of lone workers in difficulty, setting of different types of alarms for each user or for a group of users, definition of alarm procedures to be applied in case of emergency.
Security - Respect for users
Our solution complies with the recommendations of the General Security Reference System (RGS) of the National French security agency to ensure data protection against cyber-attacks.
Our lone workers safety devices are designed with user privacy in mind: only the information necessary for the safety of your employees is stored and the position of people is only visible in the event of an alarm.
This guarantee of protection of personal data encourages greater use of lone workers safety solutions and allows a better level of security for the whole company and its lone workers. In accordance with the GDPR, the NEOVIGIE solution has been subject to a data protection impact analysis, AIPD. A Data Protection Officer, DPO, has also been appointed to monitor compliance with the Regulation.
The NEOVIGIE solution is compliant with Regulation 2016/679, the so-called General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
